Pricing Terms

Transparency matters. Here are the terms that govern billing, refunds, and your subscription.

Billing & Payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, beginning on the date of purchase. Annual subscriptions are charged as a single payment for the full 12-month period. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Enterprise customers may request invoice billing with NET-30 payment terms subject to credit approval.

Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period and no partial refunds are issued for the remaining days. Annual subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase or renewal. Refund requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Add-on modules follow the same refund policy as the underlying subscription.

Plan Changes & Proration

Upgrades take effect immediately. When upgrading mid-cycle, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period at the new plan rate. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. When downgrading, features exclusive to the higher plan become unavailable and any data exceeding the new plan's limits is preserved in read-only mode for 30 days to allow for export or reduction. Adding or removing users mid-cycle is prorated. Seat count changes on annual plans are prorated against the remaining contract term.

Storage & Fair Use

Storage is provided as a shared pool across your organization. Each user on a paid plan contributes their per-user storage allocation to the organization's total pool (15 GB per user on Starter, 25 GB per user on Business). All users within the organization draw from this combined pool. Additional storage can be purchased in 25 GB increments. KamoCRM is designed for normal business use. Automated or programmatic abuse of platform resources, including excessive API calls or storage of non-business data, may result in rate limiting, suspension, or termination. The Free plan is intended for individual professional use and may not be used to circumvent paid plan requirements by creating multiple free accounts for the same organization.

Domain & Branding

All plans require a custom domain to be associated with the account. Custom domain configuration, branding (logo, colors, login experience), and white-label capabilities are included at no additional cost on every plan, including Free. You are responsible for maintaining ownership and DNS configuration of your domain. KamoCRM provides DNS records and configuration instructions during setup.

Data Retention & Cancellation

Upon cancellation, your account enters a 30-day read-only period during which you may export your data in standard formats (CSV, JSON, PDF). After this period, all user data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems, including backups, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations. Enterprise customers may negotiate extended data retention periods as part of their service agreement. We will send reminder notifications at 7 days and 1 day before permanent deletion.

Service Level

KamoCRM targets 99.9% platform availability measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance. Scheduled maintenance is performed during low-traffic hours with advance notification. The Business plan includes a 99.5% uptime commitment and the Enterprise plan includes a 99.9% uptime SLA with service credits for qualifying downtime. Detailed SLA terms are available in Enterprise service agreements. Free and Starter plans are provided on a commercially reasonable best-effort basis without formal uptime commitments.

Price Changes

KamoCRM Inc. reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' written notice before any price increase takes effect. Price changes for monthly subscribers take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following the notice period. Annual subscribers are protected at their current rate for the remainder of their prepaid term. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.

These pricing terms are supplemental to and governed by KamoCRM's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between these pricing terms and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail. For questions about billing or pricing, please reach out via our contact form.
